You would think I would have learned by now.
As soon as I declare a season change, especially if it's changing from Winter to Spring, it gets cold again! And wet, it's been raining since sometime last night and we turned the heater back on.
I'm not switching quilts again, however!
The benefit to the cooler weather is that all the wicked little stingy-ended bugs are staying on their nests and it's easier to spray them. Bill killed three nests tonight, all on the house and all near doors. Two were yellow jackets and one was a wasp. Indications are that it's going to be a bad year for the evil things.
(This one is borderline on what I usually post as far as language goes, but the one non-family friendly word is actually slang and is not quite impolite enough to worry about it. Besides, it pretty much all true!)
Two of my favorites, pitties and blues! And Bruno has good taste, bluebonnets smell heavenly. He's a pretty smart puppy, obviously.
This little goofball, on the other hand... When I got home, she was out in the garage. Behind the tall boxes that block them off from parts of the garage we don't want them in. And she was stuck! Stuck as in lost, because she couldn't figure out how to get out - by going back the way she came! As in back around the end of the shelf and back up to the front of the garage where she'd pushed a box out of the way. Goofy little thing, that's for sure. Sweet but still a goofball!
