The ones here did as well. We didn't get there, not enough time.

we did not get there either. One reason, they almost certainly have high fructose corn syrup in them. I know it is many types of fruit spread and syrups. Froggy

We made pancakes last Saturday for breakfast. We decided that it was close enough to count. And I think that HFCS is in almost everything anymore! Which is bad.

The good news is that there are a few brands that are marking their products-DOES NOT CONTAIN HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. Post Raisin Bran is one of these. There are also some ketchup that are marked this way also. Even some of the HEB brand colas are being made with out this. Did you know that Blue Bell ice cream has it, but Deyers doesn't?

I've seen a few products recently that don't have it, I think more companies are making things without it. Obviously, you can get too much sugar but real sugar is at least natural. We don't buy much ice cream, I've never checked it.
