We're having trouble with our internet connection again. It might actually be the ongoing problem with the phone lines that is causing the problem. We've been without phone service since sometime Tuesday morning, but we all have cell phones so we are reacheable and also can call out. We just can't get anywhere with the home phone and can't get internet/email. The soonest the company can send a tech out is Thursday. We are unhappy with them, and they know it.

We may be looking into another internet provider, but that won't be decided until after the repair on Thursday. And they had better be able to fix it!
