It was b). We had a little snow, and the schools, etc. were still open so I had to take Otter to college and go on to work. But since we probably had around 1/2" of snow and the ground was warm to start with, there were no traffic issues at all. There were a few accidents, but they were caused by people speeding and might have happened anyway.
It's pretty much melted now. But it was and still is pretty cold today. Just not icy.
We could get Spring Storms mid-week.
There is a reason that we say Oklahoma weather is bi-polar!
