You probably would, too. Especially if you woke up at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, went to work at 9:00 p.m. Monday (no nap between!) and worked until 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday!
Which means that she was awake for nearly 24 hours, with many of those hours being spent in work time.
She got home at 7:00 this morning, and went straight to bed. At noon, she called me to tell me she was awake and somewhat able to talk sensibly. She's still tired, she's been taking it easy all day. She was sick Sunday and then stayed up until 3:00 a.m. Monday, thinking she would sleep very late on Monday (like until at least noon or later) but she woke up at 9:00 Monday morning and could not go back to sleep no matter how much she tried. She did attempt to nap Monday afternoon but wasn't able to. She didn't intend to stay up all day then work all night, but that's how it worked out.
She was just exhausted when she got home. And I don't blame her!
