Maybe Quick Saturday Stuff

Otter is much better, she might have had the flu but it didn't last very long. She stayed home on Friday, Bill was home with her. She is about back to normal, quick for the flu but she did have the symptoms and it is going around in our area. But she's better, which is good. We did get the flu shots last fall, but the strains that were in the shot are not the strains that are hitting this year - so the shot was probably useless!

Bill has decided not to restore the video game. It has been exposed to water at some point, so a lot of the electronics were fried. But he's still going to use parts of it, he is most likely going to make a sign with the title piece for his workshop (if he ever gets the shed cleaned out, that is). He may have a few uses for some of the other components. This particular game had a periscope, he's trying to think of a reason that he might need one. It would be a cool thing to have.

If any of you were on my email list about Otter starting at the adult karate class, and you got an email that mentioned weaponry - it was just my brother! He's harmless. He just didn't look when he hit the Reply All button on the email, so his answer was sent to everyone instead of just to family! He apologizes for any confusion (confusion is a fact of life with him!), and he promises not to spam anyone again. Except probably me now! But I still can say that at least I never got lost IN A PARKING LOT!
