Seems that there are lots and lots of recipes online for Groundhog Stew.

 

I even saw a few links for groundhog jerky.

We didn't get the snow we expected overnight, it might have snowed in Tulsa but it melted before it hit the ground.  Tonight, we could get more.  But it's not supposed to be much - which means that it will probably be up to our eyeballs!
