When we had our business, we had to buy this stuff by the large roll. The kids loved to pop the bubbles.
They could go through a roll in no time. Our solution was each bubble that was popped cost them 25 cents. After they realized how fast that added up we never had the problem again.

We didn't buy too much of it, Bill found a thin foam sheet that was very soft & very strong so we used it instead, but bubble wrap isn't safe in my house even now! I think the 25 cents a bubble was a brilliant idea.
